It works your systems, not its own.

Ansard keeps its own diary today, and every plan on this page uses it. Joining that diary up to a system you already run is the next thing we are building, and this page is what it will do.

Coming soon Reading and writing another company’s booking system is in build, not live. Everything else on the site works today. If you want to be first on it, say so when you get in touch and we will build against your system.

The four things it does with a system

  • ReadLive availability, prices and opening hours, checked while the caller is on the line.Coming soon
  • WriteThe booking straight into your diary, with the confirmation out before they hang up.Coming soon
  • Hand overYour own checkout link texted mid-call, so the customer finishes it themselves and never leaves the conversation.Coming soon
  • NotifyYour team told the moment something needs a person, on the phone in their pocket.Supported

The Ansard diary, if you want the whole thing in one place

For anyone without a booking system

Plenty of businesses run the diary on paper, in a spreadsheet, or in somebody’s head. You do not need to go and buy a booking platform first.

Turn ours on and Ansard has somewhere to put the booking from the first call.

And for anyone who wants it seamless

When the diary is ours, there is no read-only wall and no waiting on somebody else’s API. Ansard books, moves and cancels directly, every time, with nothing texted over for the customer to finish themselves.

It is the same console, the same app, the same notifications. One place, one login.

Not every system allows the same things

Some let us write the booking in

Where a system has a proper booking API, Ansard puts it straight in. The caller hangs up, the table is in the diary, and nobody types anything.

Some only let us read

Plenty of platforms publish availability but will not accept a booking from anyone but themselves. We will not tell you otherwise.

It checks what is free, tells the caller, and texts them your checkout link while they are still on the phone.

Some charge you for the connection

A few platforms bill the operator for API access, often priced on how much it is used. That is billed by them, to you, and we take no cut of it.

We will find out what yours charges and tell you before you sign, not after.

And some have nothing at all

If your system has no way in, Ansard still answers every call, takes the details and puts them in front of your team in the console and on their phone.

Or you move the diary to us and the problem stops existing.

Your number stays yours

  • Divert to usKeep your number where it is and forward what rings out. Five minutes to set up, five seconds to switch off.
  • Or bring it acrossPort the number to us and calls arrive directly, answered a ring sooner, with nothing on your phone bill for forwarding.
  • Landline or mobileAn 01 shopfront, an 07 in a van, or six lines across a park. It makes no difference.
