The Ansard diary.

A booking system that lives where the calls land. For anyone on paper, in a spreadsheet, or stuck with a platform that will not let Ansard write.

Saturday

Press the button, or pick any booking to see the guest behind it.

It is the same diary the phone writes into.

No read-only wall

No third party decides what Ansard may do. It books, moves and cancels directly, every time. Nothing for the customer to finish, and no API fee from anybody.

One place, one login

The same console, the same phone app, the same notifications. The call, the booking and the customer are the same record rather than three systems you reconcile on a Monday.

What is in it

  • Whatever you actually bookTables, pitches, rooms, chairs, sessions, vans. You name the thing and how many of it you have.
  • A point in time, or a stretch of themHalf seven on Saturday, or four nights from Friday. Both work without bending it.
  • Your customers, rememberedName, number, what they booked last time and anything you noted. That is how Ansard knows who is ringing.
  • Service periods and closuresLunch, dinner, the fortnight you shut in January, and the Tuesday the chef is off.
  • A waiting listWhen you are full it takes the name anyway, and tells them the moment something frees up.
  • Confirmations and remindersOut on every booking, by text or email, in your words. With texts
  • Online booking on your own siteThe website and the phone fill the same diary, so the last table cannot go twice.
  • Everything exportableYour bookings and your customer list are yours. Take them whenever you want.

It tells you, so you do not have to look.

  • Push, the second it landsA booking, a cancellation, a table freeing up. On the phone of whoever is on duty.
  • Email, if you would ratherSame events, in your inbox. Per person, so the kitchen is not woken at seven on a Saturday.
  • You choose what is worth a buzzEvery booking, or only the big ones, only cancellations, or only what needs a person.
  • A weekly breakdown, Monday morningCovers, no-shows, busiest service, where the bookings came from and what changed on last week.
  • Quiet hoursNothing pushes after close except what you have said is urgent.

Who it is for

You have not got a system

Plenty of good businesses run on a paper diary and a mobile. Turn this on and Ansard has somewhere to put the booking from the first call.

You have got one, and it will not let us in

Some platforms publish availability but refuse a booking from anybody but themselves, and some charge you for the connection. Move the diary here and both problems stop existing.

You are happy with what you have

Then leave this off. Ansard reads your live availability, tells the caller the truth, and texts them your own checkout link. We would rather say that than sell you something you do not need.

You want it all in one

Bundle it with confirmations, two-way texting and live stock and it comes to less than adding them up one at a time. See pricing.
